Fried Rice Bowl

Ingredients: Fried (parboiled) rice, string beans, broccoli, onion, tofu & 20 exciting minutes.

First, I briefly boiled the beans (5 minutes) and then drained them. Same with the broccoli. Then sautéd the onion and tofu - with a little soy sauce. Removed them from the pan, seared the rice, pushed it to the edge, put the beans and broccoli in the center of the pan, fried for a few minutes, then pushed it over with the rice. Put onions and tofu in the middle - cooked everything for another 2-3 minutes - done 😃.
