Here comes a super simple and fast little lunch snack idea for hungry bellies after school.

My five-year-old loved the after-school surprise, while my 8-year-old and I devoured the remaining leftovers from the plate preparation.

Endless possibilities with these raw ingredients: banana, cauliflower, peas, snap peas, carrots, bell pepper, whole grain organic bread, vegan cheese & spread.
